How shipping cost is calculated

Shipping is quoted per order at checkout based on:

  • The total weight of your set (1 mat vs. full 4-piece vs. trunk mat)
  • Destination country
  • Chosen service (standard or express, where available)

All quotes include insurance up to the order value — if your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, you are fully covered.

Customs and import duties

EU customers

No additional customs fees — shipments within the EU are duty-free. VAT is included in the checkout price.

UK customers

Since Brexit, UK shipments may be subject to import VAT (20%) and a small handling fee at delivery. The courier collects this at the door or online before delivery.

UK fast track

If you need the parcel delivered without the courier-collection step, we can ship with DDP (Duties Delivered Paid) on request — open a shipping quote request before ordering and we'll reply with a Case ID and a price.

Non-EU / International customers

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may apply depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are collected by the courier at delivery.

We cannot predict exact duties — check with your local customs office for current rates. As a rough guide, total import fees are usually 5–20% of the order value.

When FedEx asks for AutoWin's MID number

For international shipments, FedEx occasionally asks the recipient for the sender's Manufacturer Identification Number (MID) to clear customs. Delivery issues

Package marked delivered but not received

  1. Wait 24 hours — couriers occasionally mark delivered prematurely.
  2. Check with neighbors, building reception, and safe drop locations (side door, garage).
  3. Look for a delivery notice from the courier.
  4. If still missing, open a case. We file a courier trace — traces take 3–7 days. If the parcel is not located, we remake and reship at no charge.

Damaged package on arrival

  1. Before opening fully, take photos of the outer packaging from all sides — damage to the outside is your strongest evidence.
  2. Open the parcel and photograph the mats and any internal damage.
  3. Keep all packaging until your claim is resolved — the courier may request inspection.
  4. Submit a claim with all photos within 48 hours of delivery.

Time-sensitive

Courier insurance usually requires damage claims filed within 48 hours of delivery. We handle the courier side of the claim for you, but we need your photos quickly.

Package returned as "undeliverable"

This almost always means:

  • The address was incomplete (missing apartment number, wrong postal code)
  • Nobody was home for three delivery attempts
  • The courier couldn't reach you by phone

When a parcel comes back to us, we email you to confirm the correct address. A reship typically takes 2–4 business days and may carry a small reshipping fee if the original address was incorrect.

Wrong address entered at checkout

Open an address-correction case immediately with your order number and the correct address — select Order not received and note the address error in the description. If the parcel hasn't shipped, we update it for free. After shipment, we can often redirect with the courier for a small fee.

Expedited / express shipping

Express service is available for most destinations at an additional cost. Open an express-shipping quote request with:

  • Your desired delivery date
  • Destination postal code
  • Vehicle details

We typically respond within 2–4 business hours with an express quote.
