The full lifecycle of an AutoWin order
Every custom mat follows the same five stages. You'll receive an email at each of them.
Order confirmation (within minutes)
You receive an email with your order number (format #AW-XXXXX), an itemized summary and the expected production and shipping windows. This is your receipt — keep it.
Production starts (1 business day)
Our factory reviews your configuration — vehicle, drive side, material, colors, clips, logo — and cuts the templates. You'll get a "In production" email once cutting begins.
Quality check (1 day)
Each set is inspected by a senior technician who verifies seams, clip alignment and color consistency. Any set that doesn't pass is remade before shipping.
Shipping (same day once QC passes)
We hand the package to our courier (FedEx, DHL or local partner depending on region) and email you a tracking link. This link works in real time with the carrier's website.
Delivery
You receive a final "Delivered" notification from the carrier. Installation takes about 5 minutes — see the installation guide.

All times are business days and exclude customs clearance, which is typically 0–2 days.
Tracking your order in real time
You can track at any stage using our Track Order page — just enter your order number and email. You'll see:
- Current stage (confirmed, in production, shipped, delivered)
- Courier name and tracking number once shipped
- Estimated delivery window
- Any active support cases
What if my order hasn't shipped after 7 days?
A handful of orders take a bit longer — usually because of:
- Custom embroidery (add +1 day)
- High order volume in your region
- A minor material backorder (we'll email you if this happens)
If day 7 has passed with no "shipped" email, contact support with your order number and we'll escalate to the factory immediately.
What if the tracking says "delivered" but I don't have the package?
First, give it 24 hours
Couriers sometimes mark packages delivered a few hours early. Check with neighbors, the building reception, and any safe drop locations (porch, garage, side door).
If after 24 hours you still haven't received it:
- Open Report an Issue and choose Shipping & Delivery.
- Select Package marked delivered but not received.
- We'll open a courier trace within 1 business day. Traces take 3–7 days; if the package cannot be located, we remake and ship a replacement at no charge.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes — if the order hasn't shipped yet. Open an address-change case with your order number and the new address. The wizard pre-fills everything from your order and routes it straight to the dispatch team, so the change lands in our queue within minutes. Once the courier has the package, address changes may or may not be possible depending on the carrier.
